Eagle Eye Property Maintenance - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Eagle I Property Maintenance, a trading name of Eagle Eye Group Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.  

"Eagle I Property Maintenance" is a trading name of Eagle Eye Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 16390020 and having its registered office at 105 Walton Drive, High Wycombe, HP13 6UA, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom.

"Client" refers to any individual or entity that engages our services from Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance.

"Property" refers to the location where the services are carried out under agreement with Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance.

"Services" refers to any property maintenance or management tasks Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance provides.

2. Services

Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance provides a range of property maintenance and management services, including but not limited to:

We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Any estimated completion times are given as guidelines only.

3. Payment

Payment to Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept Bank Transfers (BACS), Direct Debit.

Late payments to Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance may incur a late fee of 4 percent per month.

Quotes provided by Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

If extra work is needed beyond the scope of the original quote provided by Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance, the Client will be notified, and an extra charge will be applied with the Client's agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance must provide safe and unobstructed access to the Property.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the Property and the required Services to Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions, consents, and licenses are obtained prior to the commencement of any work by Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance.

5. Liability

Eagle Eye Group Ltd, trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance, is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

The total liability of Eagle Eye Group Ltd, trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance, to the Client arising out of or in connection with the provision of Services shall be limited to the total cost of the specific Services provided.

Eagle Eye Group Ltd, trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance, holds appropriate public liability insurance, details of which are available upon request.

Eagle Eye Group Ltd, trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance, is not responsible for any damage or issues caused by pre-existing faults or conditions within the Property that were not apparent upon initial inspection.

6. Termination

Either party (the Client or Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance) may terminate the provision of Services by providing the other party with 30 days' written notice.

Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle I Property Maintenance may terminate the provision of Services immediately upon written notice to the Client if the Client fails to make payment when due or commits a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements arising between the Client and Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle Eye Property Maintenance shall initially be attempted to be resolved amicably through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, any such dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  

8. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle Eye Property Maintenance and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle Eye Property Maintenance reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients of any significant changes, for example, by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued engagement of our Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.  

9. Data Protection

Any personal data collected by Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle Eye Property Maintenance from the Client will be processed in accordance with the UK data protection laws. By engaging our Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle Eye Property Maintenance will not share any Client personal data with third parties without the Client's explicit prior consent, except where we are legally required to do so.

10. Gas and Electrical Safety

Any gas and electrical work carried out by Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle Eye Property Maintenance will be performed by appropriately qualified and certified tradespeople in accordance with relevant safety regulations.

Where applicable, Eagle Eye Group Ltd trading as Eagle Eye Property Maintenance will provide the Client with the relevant safety certificates upon the completion of any gas or electrical work.
